Why are there not, like, twenty comments on this by now? It's epic cuteness! I spied this a while back and, admittedly, faved and ran. I do that a lot. Apologies, I shall pay you the comment you deserve now!

I LOVE Marlin's expression. Troubled, yet needy. The subtle blush and his placement against Dory's shoulder is just too perfect. I can imagine he'd have trouble admitting an attachment to anyone, especially Dory. And, y'know, the fact his last love was eaten by a giant fish (or however you'd transfer that to the humanization realm) probably doesn't help. Boy his life sucks, doesn't it?

And I love that Dory is in white. Oddly fitting. She's such a pure soul. And I find it interesting you made them children. I dunno if that was an artistic choice or if it just made them easier to draw, but it adds an aspect of innocence to the piece.

...yeah, I'm ranting. I do that sometimes. But I'm so hooked on this pairing right now, I figured I should encourage it in whatever nooks I find it in. Nice work! Even months after finding this picture, it still brings a smile to my face.

Dory is the most innocent of them :nods: Well, since this was a year ago, it was easier of making that look like children *i still sometimes use that style;;;* I never thought of it that way though.
